Welcome Team

The Welcome Team ensures that everyone has a warm start to their experience at the event, making sure participants feel comfortable from the very beginning. From managing registration and distributing badges to answering any questions, they’re here to help. Making sure everything starts off smoothly is a top priority for us!

Dynamic Area Team

The Dynamic Area Team is responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly across various event spaces, enhancing the participant experience. They manage the flow at partner stands, help new startups shine in the Startup Area, and guide participants through the workshop sessions. Thanks to them, everything runs like clockwork!

Stage Team

The Stage Team ensures that the technical and logistical sides of the event run seamlessly, managing everything from speaker transitions to behind-the-scenes support. They make sure the stages are perfectly coordinated. Additionally, they take care of guest needs, enhancing their event experience and making it unforgettable.

Investor Support Team

The Investor Support Team is always on hand to make sure our investors get the most out of their experience. They handle the smooth running of meetings and networking events, create the perfect environment for investor discussions, and take care of guest hosting to ensure a top-notch experience for investors. They’re here to ensure that everyone leaves happy and satisfied.

Media Team

The Media Team brings the energy of Take Off to the digital world. They capture the most exciting moments of the event through photos and videos, boost engagement through social media shares, and coordinate with the press. Every moment of Take Off comes to life through the lens of our media team.

Operations Team

The Operations Team ensures participant comfort and event smoothness by handling all logistics. They organize food and beverage areas, ensure the venue stays clean and tidy, and ensure everything runs effortlessly. They work tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything goes smoothly for everyone.

Communication and Support Team

This team manages all communication and support throughout the event, helping with everything from participant, sponsor, and press needs. They organize event content, provide translation and guidance services, and ensure attendees are directed to the right areas. They are key in ensuring smooth operations and that everyone has easy access to the information they need.
