Yusuf Kıraç graduated from Hacettepe University in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and began his career at Siemens before moving to Nokia Siemens Networks. He joined Türk Telekom in 2008 and played a key role in major transformation projects, later serving as Network Director and Chair of ETNO’s NANI Working Group. He also served as CEO of Türk Telekom International, where the company received several global industry awards.
Since 2018, he has been the CTO of Türk Telekom, leading the company’s efforts in fiber and digital transformation, 5G, next-generation networks, IT, data centers and cybersecurity. His work contributed to multiple international patents and earned him the “Trailblazer CTO of the Year” award in 2023. Kıraç currently serves as the President of the Turkish Space Agency and as Chairman of the Board at UZDES Uyg-Ar.
