Merve Başcı is the Co-CEO of Trendyol Go by Uber Eats, leading one of country’s largest and most complex on-demand delivery operations. Throughout her tenure at Trendyol Go, she has held senior leadership roles that shaped the organization’s strategic direction, strengthened operational excellence, and supported its long-term growth agenda.
Before joining Trendyol Go, Merve led the Account Management organization at Glovo and began her career at Coca-Cola. She later joined Unilever, where she managed global Net Revenue Management programs across multiple markets, gaining extensive international experience in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Merve holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Sabancı University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs.
