Jenny Jenish kyzy is a Founder and Venture Partner committed to empowering women-led ventures by providing access to funding and growth opportunities. With over a decade of experience in international development, she has been recognized as a “Community Champion” by the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community and a “Gender Champion” by the United Nations Development Programme Kyrgyzstan. Her expertise spans Social Entrepreneurship, Innovation Strategy, and STEM/Tech policy supported by degrees from Columbia University (USA) and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (Singapore).
Jenny's career highlights include spearheading innovation initiatives at the United Nations, chairing the Association of Social Entrepreneurs of Kyrgyzstan, lecturing on Design Thinking at the university, and founding investment service firms across Central Asia and the United States. At present, she is spearheading integrating EdTech into FinTech in a Banking industry. Fluent in Kyrgyz, Chinese, English, and Russian, Jenny has delivered two TEDx talks and addressed at the UN Headquarters, inspiring growth and innovation in the digital world through her visionary leadership and cross-cultural expertise.
