Vusal Rustamov was born on January 9, 1986.
From 2003 to 2007, he pursued his bachelor’s degree at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, Faculty of International Economic Relations, as a Presidential scholarship holder. Within the framework of the “State Program on Education of Azerbaijani Youth Abroad for 2007–2015,” he completed his master’s degree in Business Administration at Geneva International University in Switzerland from 2008 to 2010.
He began his professional career as a specialist at the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan, where he worked from 2010 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, he served as Deputy Director at the representative office of the Swiss company “Tofoyl AG” in the Republic of Azerbaijan. Between 2018 and 2020, he worked at “Innovasiyalar Mərkəzi” LLC as Head of the “ASAN kommunal” Department. On May 20, 2020, he was appointed Deputy Director of “Innovasiyalar Mərkəzi” LLC.
On February 21, 2022, based on the order of the Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was appointed Director of “Innovasiyalar Mərkəzi” LLC.
