over 26 years of cross-functional experience in Telecommunications, IT/ITES, BPO, and Software, he
blends strategic insight with hands-on leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.
He holds an MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka, and a certification in Digital Business & Innovation
Leadership from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
Tanvir has held several key leadership roles, including CEO, Chairman, Country Director, Head of Market
Communications, and Head of Brand Management across both multinational and local organizations. His
leadership has consistently strengthened business performance, brand positioning, and customer
experience.
A prominent advocate for Bangladesh’s digital economy, he currently serves as President of BACCO, the
national BPO industry association. He also contributes to national policy and industry development as a
Board Member of the Bangladesh Employers' Federation (BEF), General Body Member of FBCCI, and
Board Member of the ICT Industry Skills Council.
