Kaan Akın is the Managing Partner and Chief Commercial Officer at Tenity, a global innovation ecosystem and early-stage investor with hubs in London, Zurich, Istanbul, Singapore, Madrid, and Tallinn. With over a decade of experience in venture capital and more than 290 investments across Europe and APAC, Kaan has built a reputation as a connector between ambitious startups and forward-thinking corporates and governments.

Before Tenity, he founded Hackquarters, a startup accelerator later integrated into Tenity to power its global expansion. At Tenity, Kaan leads commercial strategy, ecosystem growth, and open innovation programs with partners like UBS, SIX, HSBC, Allianz, Visa, and Ripple.

He is also an active angel investor and guest lecturer at ESCP London. Kaan is committed to advancing early-stage innovation and building high-impact collaborations that shape the future of finance and technology.
